Ashok, thanks for the information.
The current BIOS version of your board is 0050. There are 7 newer versions that we can try to install in order to find out if this could solve the issue.
It is important to tell you that going straight to the latest version shouldn't be a problem, technically speaking. However based on experience, there is always chance.
I would recommend you to install the at least 3 BIOS version and then check if the behavior persisted.
You can also check the BIOS Update Release Notes at this URL. You will be able to see the fixes and features included on each version. http://downloadmirror.intel.com/17241/eng/PE_0069_ReleaseNotes.pdf
These are some important versions you could flash on your system.

- BIOS Version 0064 Intel® Download Center
- BIOS Version 0065 Intel® Download Center
We provide an application that is called Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool. You can run this application and it will diagnose the processor components and will generate a result. I suggest you running this in to discard any possible issues with the processor (hardware).
Please use minimum configuration while running this test
You can get this from the following link:

If operating system is 64 bit based: Intel® Download Center
