Of course, as I said, nothing will happen.
When in some weeks or months again people complain, Intel will again post something conciliatory and meaningless like "We are investigating...please have patience".
And Intel will simply continue to do so until no one is interested anymore in this NUC because it's an "old model".
For Intel, even if it would be possible to address the issue (which is very doubtful), it's simply not worth the effort, because too few people have a DN2820FYKH, and even much fewer see this USB thing as a problem.
