For this purpose we have updated our support offering for business customers. Please go to https://bizsupport.intel.com, you can submit and manage any Intel(R) vPro(TM) Technology related tickets. Complete a brief enrollment form, then tickets will be handled directly by Intel engineers. You’ll be able to track the status of your open tickets and view a history of previous ones.
